High Grade MS67 Error
In 2009 the US Mint released the fourth quarter in the District of Columbia and U.S. Territories Quarters Program. The American Samoa, known as the Heart of Polynesia, is a group of five islands and two coral atolls in the South Pacific. These American Samoa's are improperly annealed, which is caused by the planchets being left in the annealing drum too long, causing them to darken.
