Very obvious "Struck on Elliptical" Error

"4.84" underweight planchet!
Here's an opportunity to add a very unique error to your collection! This quarter was struck on the wrong planchet! Weighing in at only 4.84 grams, someone really messed up while minting this quarter! Not only is there an obvious error, it's also verified by NGC and in a high MS65 grade!
