2000-P Silver Eagle - PCGS PR70 DCAM TD Rogers Signature

Mark a turning point in American numismatics with the 2000-P Silver Eagle – PCGS PR70 DCAM with T.D. Rogers Signature. This coin represents both an ending and a beginning: the final Proof Silver Eagle struck at the Philadelphia Mint and the first Proof issue of the new millennium. Its legacy, combined with its pristine condition, makes it one of the most compelling Proof Eagles in the series.

With an ultra-low mintage of only 600,000 coins, this 2000-P Proof Silver Eagle belongs to a short and highly collectible eight-year Philadelphia era. Early Proof Eagles from this period continue to grow scarcer in top condition. In perfect PR70 DCAM grade, this coin displays breathtaking mirrored fields and razor-sharp frosted devices.

Certified by PCGS as PR70 Deep Cameo, the coin is flawless even under 5x magnification. This top-grade designation ensures absolute perfection, making it a true masterpiece for advanced collectors and investors alike. Its exceptional eye appeal and technical precision place it among the elite of modern U.S. silver issues.

What truly elevates this example is the rare T.D. Rogers signature, the legendary Sculptor-Engraver of the U.S. Mint. As of April 2025, only 183 coins carry his autograph, transforming this already rare Proof Eagle into an elite collector’s prize. This coin is not just preserved history—it is personally connected to one of the artists who shaped modern American coinage.
