Full Bell Lines (FBL) is a rare grading attribution for fully struck Franklin Half Dollars.  FBL is referring to the horizontal lines running across the bottom of the Liberty Bell on the reverse. To qualify for FBL, they must exhibit uninterrupted lines.  Running across the high point of the coin, unbroken lines are making this designation quite rare!  This Franklin is a mint error with an obverse lamination along with having the Full Bell Lines. Add this coin to your collection while supplies last!
