CAC Certified too!
This rare franklin variety is identified by the outermost strands of Franklin's hair, which were re-engraved to restore lost details. This is the top grade known to exist in NGC & possibly the only CAC certified Recut Hair 1952 Franklin (this variety is not separated on the CAC pop report). An ultra rare trophy coin for anyone's collection - and it can be yours!
