A rare Georgian Maundy threepence from 1762, struck during the reign of George III. This example displays exceptional preservation in Almost Uncirculated condition, with sharp detail across both obverse and reverse. Maundy coins were traditionally distributed by the monarch on Maundy Thursday to the poor, making them historically significant and scarce in high grades. The coin retains excellent lustre and minimal wear, ideal for serious collectors of British numismatic rarities.
